					<description>Seeing as how the average "heavy user" spends over $1k a year at Starbucks, I can see the temptation for these types of cards, but what a rip off - it's really cheaper to just save and purchasing using cash.

I also learned today that being late or missing a payment can cause your interest rate to skyrocket - on CNN money today they profiled several different scenarios that caused one card holders interest rate to soar to 41% - that is *really* expensive money!</description>
